Ralf Degni
Ralf Degni has extensive experience, with a focus on merger and acquisition activity, in the international business environment. Ralf is Currently CEO of Vega, the School of Brand Leadership, with Campuses in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban, South Africa. Ralf was Group CFO for Platmin Limited, a Platinum Mining Group, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the London Stock Exchange, with Platinum interests in South Africa. He was Managing Director of Advantage Management Systems (a management and IT consultancy) and held the position of Group Finance and Acquisitions Director at London Stock Exchange-listed Acsis Group Plc. Previously he was group Finance and Acquisitions Director of the Grey Phillips, Bunton , Mundel & Blake Group of Advertising and Communications and Marketing businesses, and has held similar directorship positions at Grey Global, Publicis SA , Young & Rubicam SA and has worked in a consulting capacity at Deloitte. He holds a B.Acc from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, and is a registered CA (SA) and an Australian CA, having completed his conversion studies at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia in 2005. He was admitted to the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants in July 2005.
Dr Carla Enslin
Carla is one of the founding members of Vega and heads the national academic team across 4 campuses. Vega’s purpose is to graduate a new breed of brand innovators and creative communicators. In this space Carla’s passion is to navigate students in brand identity development, contact strategy and creative strategic thinking. Carla also conducts industry workshops and consults companies and their creative teams on the design and communication of their brand identity systems. Carla focused her doctoral research on the potential of alternative points of brand contact in breaking industry and category norms. She received her doctorate from the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at the University of Pretoria.
Gordon Cook
Gordon Cook is a co-founder and School Navigator for Vega. In addition to lecturing full-time and part-time students, Gordon does corporate training for Vega. He has lectured Strategic Marketing Planning and Strategic Execution on two MBA programmes. Gordon is an executive member of The Think Council, part of South Africa's Design Council, and is involved on various judging panels such as Business Arts South Africa (BASA). After graduating with a focus on modern literature, Gordon launched his career in advertising as a copywriter. He proceeded to consult to the marketing and sponsorship industries both in South Africa and United States. He furthered his studies with a Higher Diploma in Adult Education from Wits and was one of the first registered Chartered Marketers in South Africa.Gordon has helped design and facilitate Creativity and Innovation workshops for the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and clients such as Standard Bank, First National Bank, ABSA, Anglo American and Sasol. He has delivered hundreds of brand and marketing specialist workshops to various organisations such as Discovery, SABC Radio, Old Mutual, Create SA and South African Breweries (SAB).

Louise Ceronio
Louise fulfills the role of National HR Navigator for Vega. She has an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from UJ. She has worked as a HR Generalist for the better part of 15 years and 7 years as an HR specialist in a Training and Organizational Development capacity. Louise is passionate about people, training and development, art movies, her beautiful family and two Maltese poodles, Tom and Buckley.

Wynandt Verster
Wynandt is the National Marketing Co-ordinator for Vega with a specific focus on all things digital. He is a passionate musician and plays acoustic- and bass guitar. Dabbles with writing, especially the fine art of short story crafting. Tech fan and admittedly a bit of an apple fan boy. Enthusiastic photographer. He also has a keen interest in business and entrepreneurship and where they intersect with new media. Reader. Thinker. Traveller. Friend. Husband.
