Competition: Not Vega Thinking
01 December 2011
Design is as much a matter of finding problems
as it is solving them. -Bryan Lawson
With this in mind we're looking for problems. We're looking for "Not Vega Thinking".
We'd like you to find and point out Not Vega Thinking - whether it's a door that reads pull when it should read push, the lasagna container bottom instructing you not to turn the contents over, the ironic placement of a no-fishing sign on a beach frequented by fishermen or the local hospital where the terminal ward is run by one Dr Kevorkian.
To the person who finds the best example of Not Vega Thinking... We'll give that person an Apple iPad.
And who knows... Maybe the Vega thinking inspired by this problem, changes the way we do things forever.
About the competitionThe competition starts on Thursday 01 December 2011 and will end at midnight on Sunday 8 January 2012.
