- Sony Profoto Awards: 5 Golds
- 2008 Sappi ThinkAhead Awards: 2 winners
- Three Silver Construction New Media Awards
- Loerie Awards: 3 Silver, 6 Bronze
- Pendorings: 1 Gold and the Student Grand Prix
- Antalis Art of Design: 3rd place in the student category
- International Society of Typographic Designers: This is not a competition but a highly recognised membership. 2 of our students passed this year and are now members this year: Hester Barnard (CBC3 design) and Natasha Gladwin (CBC3 Art Direction)
