Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our event marketing team as a 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧. The Social Media Coordinator will develop and execute social media strategies, manage social media platforms, and analyse social media metrics. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our social media presence.
• Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate content for social media channels, including graphics, photos, videos, and written copy.
• Schedule and publish social media posts using a social media management tool.
• Community management - monitor social media platforms for customer comments, questions, and complaints and respond promptly. 
• Analyse social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing managers responsible for events to align social media efforts with overall event strategic direction.
