Job Summary:
The Social Commerce and Partnerships Manager at 3318 will be instrumental in executing and optimizing content distribution, managing social commerce initiatives, building and nurturing influencer and affiliate relationships, and creating engaging short-form video content. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong content creation skills, relationship-building expertise, and a deep understanding of social media and digital commerce trends. You will work closely with our content, creative, and client success teams to maximize our clients' presence and performance across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Distribution: Develop and produce short-form video content tailored to each platform, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Social Commerce Management: Drive social commerce initiatives across platforms to increase direct sales through social channels; Manage product listings, tag products in posts, and optimize shopping experiences for clients on platforms like Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and TikTok.
- Affiliate and Influencer Partnerships: Identify and onboard relevant influencers and affiliate partners aligned with client brand values and target audiences. Management of affiliate output.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, affiliate management, digital commerce, or content creation, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven experience in creating and distributing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing social commerce initiatives and a solid understanding of eCommerce principles.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining influencer and affiliate partnerships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
