We’re on the hunt for a sharp, ambitious, and highly organised Social Media Affiliate Manager / Junior eCom Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, open 14 Chrome tabs at once, and dive head-first into the wild world of social commerce. You’ll be the glue between our influencer/affiliate partnerships, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and eCom operations — basically, if it involves creators, conversions, or caffeine, you’re in the middle of it.
This is not a sit-back-and-watch role. You’ll be part creative genius, part commercial strategist, and part chaos coordinator. If the thought of growing revenue, scaling campaigns, and spotting the next viral TikTok trend before your friends excites you (and doesn’t make you want to hide under a blanket), keep reading.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...
- Have 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or influencer management.
- Speak fluent TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (bonus if you also speak “Gen Z sarcasm”).
- Are confident using affiliate platforms like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Aspire, etc.
- Understand D2C eCommerce and what turns browsers into buyers.
- Are organised, proactive, and can juggle multiple partnerships without breaking a sweat.
- Can write a killer creator brief or product caption while half-asleep (though we don’t recommend it).
