Marketing Generalist

We are seeking 5 highly driven Marketing Generalists to join our fast-growing technology group building multiple consumer-focused digital platforms across Africa and globally.

Successful candidates will work across several brands including fintech, on-demand services, mobility, and fast commerce platforms.

The role will focus on market research, campaign execution, influencer recruitment and management, social media growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness initiatives.

Candidates will play a critical role in helping scale our brands ahead of major product launches planned in Q3 and beyond.

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Experience or strong interest in influencer outreach and partnership management
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads is a plus) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute to brand growth strategies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in technology, fintech, e-commerce, and consumer apps preferred
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different brands simultaneously
