Digital Design Intern

Airoc is a founder-led, direct-to-consumer premium activewear brand based in the UK, focused on clean performance, thoughtful design and modern brand storytelling. We are looking for a Digital Design Intern to support our creative output across email, social media, digital advertising and broader marketing collateral. This is a hands-on, collaborative role working closely with the founders, offering meaningful exposure to real-world brand and e-commerce design. The role is part-time and fully remote, suited to a South Africa–based design student, recent graduate or junior designer who enjoys considered, detail-driven work within a premium brand environment. This is an initial three-month internship, with scope to extend or progress into longer-term employment.

• Studying or recently graduated in digital design, graphic design or visual communication
• Strong eye for clean, modern design and layout
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines and creative direction Interest in digital-first design (email, social, ads)
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently in a remote setup
• Open to feedback and willing to refine work with care and attention to detail
