Your Mission:

As our marketing lead, you’ll be at the forefront of Arcis’s branding and communication efforts, overseeing the strategy, execution, and optimization of all marketing activities. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will be responsible for ensuring that our digital presence and campaigns effectively support our business goals and reflect our core values of integrity, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Social Media & Online Presence:

• Manage the design and scheduling of social media content with designers.
• Oversee and optimize paid advertising performance.
• Update audience targeting based on new leads and analytics.
• Monitor website content and analytics to ensure timely updates and performance improvement.

Property Portal Management:

• Maintain and update development listings across portals.
• Manage paid listings and report on performance and budgets.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute new initiatives, coordinating with designers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee print and digital marketing materials, including billboards and media ads.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on marketing budgets, analytics, and campaign effectiveness.

Community Engagement:

• Build relationships with stakeholders and online communities to promote Arcis developments.
• Collaborate with estate managers and partners to enhance customer experience.
