Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce artwork for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, posters, social media content, presentations, and web graphics.
• Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct formats, colour profiles, bleeds, and resolution.
• Create and adapt digital artwork according to platform requirements (web, email, social media, online ads). Interpret design briefs accurately and develop creative concepts that meet project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain organised file structures and accurately log time spent on projects. 
• Review and proof artwork thoroughly to ensure exceptional attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
• Help set up and break down for brand events during the year
• Maintain company social media accounts and update company Webpage
• Ability to explore ai when necessary in the Adobe suite and in various photo banks like Freepix
•  Typesetting skills and a good understanding of fonts and layout.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects/Premiere). Also beneficial is working in Canva for social media ads, Sigma, using Powerpoint to design creative presentations for clients.
• Need some experience in Wordpress to manage our Webpage.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and digital design requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work methodically, manage time effectively, and prioritise workloads.
• Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work efficiently under pressure.
