The Digital Design Intern will support Artfundi’s Creative Studio by producing high-quality digital assets, including graphics, layouts, UI components, social media content, and marketing visuals.
The role includes assisting with UI/UX tasks such as wireframes, prototypes, and component updates, as well as applying and maintaining Artfundi’s brand identity across various design outputs. Interns will work in a fully remote environment using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Jira, and will participate in stand-ups, design reviews, and structured development activities.
The internship includes mentorship, weekly learning goals, and portfolio-building support to ensure growth in both technical and professional competencies.

1 A. Digital Design & Creative Production
- Develop digital assets: graphics, layouts, icons, illustrations
- Prepare artwork for digital delivery - Produce typical design assets including:
- Web banners
- UI components
- Document layouts
- Email graphics
- Social media content
- Basic marketing collateral
B. UI/UX Support
- Assist with wireframes, UI components, prototypes
- Support UX research tasks
C. Brand & Visual Identity Alignment
- Apply brand guidelines consistently
- Assist in developing templates
- Update existing templates as needed
- Produce usage notes/documentation for new templates
- Ensure version control procedures are followed when updating templates
D. Collaboration & Workflow
- Attend weekly stand-ups and design reviews
- Join design reviews, critiques, and sprints
- Use Jira as the mandatory task-tracking system
- Meet expected turnaround times:
- 24–48 hours for simple assets
- 3–5 days for complex assets (depending on scope)
- Follow file handover and approval workflows
E. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain file version control
- Upload work into SharePoint
- Complete weekly learning logs and reflections

- Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD or Figma
- Canva (advantageous)
- Visual composition, typography, colour theory
