Atlas Security is looking for a talented and passionate marketing coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business goals and brand identity.
You will also be involved in creating and managing marketing campaigns, content, and events across various channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid PSIRA registration (Advantageous)
- Valid Grade E (Advantageous)
- Valid driver's license
- Own transport
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferable
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing and a proven track record in the industry
- Experience implementing marketing principles, concepts, and best practices through all channels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to write content for all channels aligned to the brand's manner and tone
- Demonstrated expertise in content creation for various social media platforms is essential
- Proficiency in Excel and Word packages and excellent administrative abilities
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in brand coordination, including maintaining brand consistency, implementing brand guidelines, and monitoring brand perception
- Self-motivated, proactive, team player and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience collaborating with a graphic design team and effectively managing the briefing process is essential
- Experience in coordination and leveraging sponsorships is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work irregular hours
- Driver’s licence essential
- Willing to travel and work irregular hours
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, executing, and optimising of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and on-the-ground activations
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and analysis to the marketing manager
- Assist in creating and editing marketing collateral, including industry articles, social media posts, and email newsletters
- Coordination of events, functions, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse customer feedback, conduct surveys, and generate insights to improve marketing strategies
- Oversee the budget and facilitate payment procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices
- Leveraging and managing sponsorships to maximise return on investment (ROI) by strategically selecting partnerships, monitoring performance, and optimizing sponsorship activations
