The Junior Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

This role involves a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on digital marketing, market research, and campaign management.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a desire to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes. 
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
  • Manage and update content on the company’s website and social media platforms.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage event budgets, and liaise with vendors and partners.

Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of marketing reports, providing insights into campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to the marketing team and senior management.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with external agencies, partners, and clients as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing activities. Maintain and organize marketing materials and documentation
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a junior or assistant role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Creative thinking with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with social media advertising and content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
