- Conceptualise and design materials such as digital, store, branding collateral
- Adhere to Bathu brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency
- Familiar with the latest design trends and advocate the same to team members and customers
- To work collaboratively with the team and internal lead project leads or agencies
- Prioritise deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects in parallel
- Provide unique and innovative design solutions to all retail, marketing and digital work
- Study information and materials to plan concepts for design and prepare rough drafts of materials based on the brief In depth experience in developing marketing, retail and digital materials
