Core Duties:
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
Product Presentation: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to the closing of the sale and vehicle delivery.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with prospective buyers and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Administrative Duties: Complete necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, vehicle registrations, and finance applications accurately and promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to achieving dealership targets.
