Position: GoogleAds Specialist

Salary: dependent on hours and experience. We offer plenty flexibility, but please note there will be office-based work.

Proficiency in Google Ads: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads platform including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns. Certification in Google Ads mandatory.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance metrics, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns for better performance and ROI.
Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to achieve clients' goals, whether it's lead generation, sales, brand awareness, or other objectives.
Keyword Research and Optimisation: Conduct thorough keyword research, identify relevant keywords, and optimise campaigns for maximum relevancy and performance.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficient spending across different campaigns and platforms.
Understanding of Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking to accurately measure campaign success and attribute conversions to specific ads and keywords.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising, particularly Google Ads, and apply them to improve campaign performance.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients or stakeholders, provide regular updates on campaign performance, and explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Experience with Other Digital Marketing Channels: Knowledge or experience with other digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media advertising, email marketing is advantageous.
