Junior Relationship Manager

• Client Liaison: Maintain consistent, proactive contact with clients to ensure they feel heard and valued.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to ensure every deliverable exceeds client expectations.
• Account Support: Help manage project timelines and ensure the "BigFish" standard of quality is met at every touchpoint.
• Relationship Building: Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses to help foster long-term partnerships.
