POSITION PURPOSE

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Assistant / Intern who lives and breathes content, has a sixth sense for social trends, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to bring the BOUNCE brand to life across events, campaigns, social platforms and day-to-day support.

This is a real hands-on role, you’ll be part of a fun, fast-moving team that’s constantly looking for new ways to make noise, turn heads, and keep our community bouncing.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Assisting with campaign and admin tasks 
• Coordinating in-venue events, activations, and campaign launches
• Supporting social content creation for TikTok, Instagram and more
• Designing and updating content using Canva
• Helping manage marketing collateral and comms between venues
• Researching trends, influencers, and competitor activity
• Supporting the management of advertising channels like outdoor, radio, print, TV and directory listings 
• Assisting with basic budget tracking and campaign reporting
• Keeping an eye on youth culture, content trends and new platforms 
• Being the go-to support on anything that makes this team more efficient

About You…

• Studying towards a qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications
• Based in the East Rand (Boksburg) and willing to travel to venues across Gauteng 
• Hold a valid South African driver’s license and have access to a reliable, roadworthy car
• Confident with Canva, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Bonus points for Adobe Suite or Mac OS knowledge (not a must)
• Highly organised, creative, and ready to hustle
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and love a good checklist
• Hands-on, problem-solving and full of ideas
• Up for jumping into the action - literally and figuratively
