About the role:

We’re a growing boutique video production agency looking for a person with experience within the advertising and video production industry who can help us to find and expand our clientele list through either brands or agencies. Key responsibilities

Source & Connect: Identify potential clients across key industries (advertising, entertainment, tech, lifestyle, etc.) and reach out proactively.

Network-Driven Sales: Leverage your existing industry experience in brand and agency environments to open doors and secure meetings.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute outreach strategies in collaboration with the creative team, aligned to our service offering. 

Present, Pitch & Close: Craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each client’s needs. Drive negotiations, close new business, and hand over clear project briefs to the production team.

Client & Project processing: Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth onboarding, production processing, and delivery for projects and clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing role within advertising, brand partnerships, or media sales 
• Solid understanding of video production processes and agency workflows 
• Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets 
• Strong network in the local marketing and brand space 
• Confident communicator with a natural flair for relationship-building 
• Highly organised, self-driven, and target-focused 
• Based in Johannesburg and able to work hybrid (offices in Kempton Park) Support structure 
• Joining a full-time production and management team. 
• Working in a fully kitted production facility and studio.
• Access to all material required for marketing and pitching purposes.
