Through visible improvements to shared spaces, innovative projects, and a bold “Love Where You Live” identity, CAP Green is driving civic pride, safety, and quality of life in our communities. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring the CAP Green story to life — balancing strategic brand leadership with hands-on creative delivery.
Purpose of the Role To lead all aspects of CAP Green’s marketing and communications by:
Developing and executing a clear brand and communications strategy. Building a compelling visual and verbal identity for CAP Green. Designing and producing high-quality creative content across digital, print, and community channels. Driving engagement with residents, donors, corporates, and partners. This is both a strategic and a practical, hands-on design role — ideal for someone who can think like a Brand Manager while executing like a Digital Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
- Develop and evolve CAP Green’s brand identity, voice, and guidelines.
- Shape the overall narrative and positioning (“Love Where You Live”).
- Translate strategic objectives into compelling campaigns.
Design & Content Creation
- Produce marketing collateral: social media posts, newsletters, presentations, signage, reports, and videos.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality design and storytelling.
- Own the visual identity, including photography, infographics, and graphic design.
Digital Marketing & Community Engagement
- Manage CAP Green’s digital presence (website, social, WhatsApp comms).
- Develop and execute digital campaigns to build visibility and support fundraising.
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategies to maximise impact.
- Stakeholder Communication o Create persuasive donor packs, presentations, and case studies.
- Support CEO and leadership team with speechwriting, reports, and visual storytelling.
- Engage residents, corporates, and partners through clear, inspiring communication.
Project & Campaign Management
- Run marketing campaigns end-to-end: from concept to design, rollout, and reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with CAP teams, suppliers, and community partners.
- Manage budgets and resources responsibly.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication — a natural storyteller.
- Digital marketing knowledge: social media, analytics, SEO basics.
- Ability to balance strategy with execution: from big ideas to daily content.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive — thrives in a lean environment.
- Detail-oriented but able to simplify complex ideas.
- Passionate about urban renewal, community, and sustainability.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Design (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing/brand/design role (agency or in-house).
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
- Experience in community, NPO, or purpose-driven brands an advantage.
