Job Summary:

Paddy Properties, the owner and operator of the Randburg, Midrand, and Sea Point Century 21 franchises, is seeking a highly ambitious and creative Junior Marketing and Media Specialist to join our team.

We offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment that fosters growth and opportunities. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, designing visual content, managing social media, and coordinating brand activations.

This role offers a potential pathway to a permanent appointment as the marketing, advertising, and media manager for our three franchises.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Design visually appealing content for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns
• Manage and maintain our social media presence across various platforms
• Coordinate and execute brand activations, events, and campaigns
• Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and emailers
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and analytics
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Excellent social media skills and knowledge of current trends
• Strong design and visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn and grow
