Digital Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Internal Designer to join our Ecommerce and Marketing team. This role will focus on designing engaging, on-brand digital content to support ecommerce growth and customer education.

The designer will work closely with marketing, ecommerce, and CRM teams to create visually compelling assets that bring campaigns and launches to life.

The ideal candidate will balance creative storytelling that inspires and educates customers with commercially driven design that highlights offers, drives sales, and delivers measurable results.

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in digital design, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media design work. 
• Proficiency in Adobe photoshop, Figma or similar.
• Experience with email design platforms (Adobe Campaign, Badsender or similar). 
• Familiarity with designing for paid social and performance marketing campaigns. 
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and the Clarins brand is a plus
