Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Strategies:
- Create and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals to drive online sales and improve customer experience
Manage Online Sales Channels:
- Oversee the company's website, social media, and online marketplaces to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance
Budget Management:
- Create and manage budgets for advertising and promotions to maximize return on investment
Data Analysis:
- Analyse e-commerce data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with Teams:
- Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels Customer
Relationship Management:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor Market Trends:
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Google analytics:
- Help track and report website traffic, user behavior, and other web analytics data
Desired Experience & Qualification Education:
- Matric with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.
Experience:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field is essential.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are also important
