Community Manager

Job Summary:

As the Community Manager for ColCacchio, you will be responsible for managing engagement and community relationships on our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok accounts.

You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining our creator database while building relationships with the creators for future activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for all platforms, including content planning, scheduling for approval, and publishing.
• Manage and grow the companys social media channels by driving engagement, increasing followers, and creating a community of brand advocates.
• Build and maintain the companys creator and influencer database, strategize to identify and reach out to relevant influencers in various areas around restaurants.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, and make data driven decisions to improve the performance of creator activations.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in managing and mitigating any social media crises that may arise, escalating issues to the Digital Lead as needed.
• Assist the marketing team with any local store activations as required.

• 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts for a brand.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and experience executing influencer campaigns.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to come up with innovative solutions to challenges.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
