Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
• The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media marketing strategy, generating leads, analyzing and reporting on website traffic and digital marketing campaign performance, and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Social Media Marketing skills with experience managing and executing campaigns on various platforms
• Ability to generate leads and optimize marketing campaigns for lead generation
• Expertise in marketing principles with the ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies
• Proven experience in web analytics, tracking, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience in digital marketing practices, including SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience in the Islamic lifestyle industry or with Muslim consumers is a plus
• Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
