Graphic Designer / Social Media Creator

 Key Responsibilities

Custom Label Design:

• Create labels for our cups based on client briefs for brands such as SAB, Smirnoff, and others.
• Designs should align with themes for various events happening around the country, including sports events, festivals, concerts, and more.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, are visually appealing, and comply with production specifications.

Social Media Content Creation:

•  Develop compelling content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
• This may involve attending events where our cups are sold to capture real-time content, interact with attendees, and create new marketing materials to promote our products and partnerships.

Website Content and Setup:

• Generate high-quality content for our company website, such as blog posts, product descriptions, event highlights, and visuals.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining the website, including layout design, image optimization, and integration of new features to enhance user experience.

Proposal Layout and Support:

• Assist with the layout and design of proposals for potential clients and events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create professional, visually engaging documents that highlight our services, past projects, and value propositions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing label design, social media content, website graphics, and marketing materials. 
• Experience in content creation for social media and websites; familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and WordPress or similar CMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to travel to events as needed (valid driver's license required).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the events industry (sports, festivals, concerts) is a plus.
