Junior Digital Strategist

We’re a forward-thinking digital agency looking for a curious, proactive Junior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity to learn how real digital marketing campaigns are planned, executed, measured, and optimised across multiple different platforms such as: social, search, content, video, and email.

You’ll work alongside experienced strategists and campaign leads while building strong fundamentals in integrated digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

You’ll support the team in executing and optimising multi-channel campaigns, including:

•  Assisting with the development, optimisation, and implementation of integrated, cost-effective digital, social, and SEO strategies.
• Supporting the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns.
• Helping develop and manage email automations, including journeys, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Reviewing multi-channel analytics reports regularly and contributing to optimisation recommendations and action plans.
• Assisting with the strategy, execution, measurement, and optimisation of large brand digital and social campaigns.
• Building an understanding of web performance (speed, usability, technical factors) and how it impacts user experience. 
• Managing deadlines and ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Digital Skills You’ll Develop:

• Digital Marketing Strategy.
• Social Media Marketing Strategy. 
• Content Marketing and SEO Strategy.

• Qualification in Digital Marketing, Social Media or SEO.
• Some experience working in a digital, advertising, or marketing agency is a plus, but not required.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices. 
• Some knowledge of Inbound + Content Marketing.
