Webflow Developers and UI Designers

Key Responsibilities / Website Development:

• Use Webflow to design, build and maintain websites for multiple brands, across multiple regions.
• UI Design: Design and maintain interfaces for our platforms and mobile apps.
• Brand and Product Communication: Assist in general graphic design work such as social media posts, HTML mailers and sales enablement collateral.
• Creative Conceptualisation: Join creative sessions in generating ideas for organic content and advertising campaigns. 
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our development, platform and compliance teams to ensure that website designs align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Prototype and Test: Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and meet the high standards of our clients.
• Project Management: Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications 

•  Proficiency in Webflow: Proven experience designing and developing websites using Webflow. 
• UI Design: Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Experience with design tools and languages such as Figma, HTML and CSS.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work, especially in financial services or similar industries.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. 
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

•  Financial Services Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
