We are looking for an Insights Execution Executive to create value for clients through driving actionable recommendations from our tools.
You will deliver best in class insights using the breadth of our tools and the best of our data visualization abilities.To support the delivery of best practice insights to CPGs using full suite of tools which demonstrate measurable customer-first value creation, support collaboration between the retailer and the supplier and provide opportunities for growth in market.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilise our full suite of tools for a dedicated set of CPG clients within an assigned category.Build strong insights, stories and projects, demonstrating value and driving enhanced usage and renewal of tools
- Effectively analyze data and trends to identify key focus areas for clients presently and in future.
- Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to recommend relevant insights for CPGs and optimize projects accordingly.
- Responsible for workplan delivery for your categories ensuring efficient, effective delivery deliver against it and measurable value creation reporting
- Liaise with clients through supporting presentation of insights and scoping relevant project briefs Participate in initiatives that create and drive efficient best practices.
- Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business

What we expect from you:
- Hybrid role based in Cape Town (2 days per week in our Kloof Street offices)
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject 3-4 years’ experience in FMCG, Retail, Customer Insights, Shopper Data or Analytics Data interpretation / ability to tell a story using data
- Stakeholder management experience
- Project management skills
- Ideally experience with the dunnhumby Shop or customer insight analytics
