Social Media Specialist

Our Company, The Durban Technology Hub trading as SmartXchange supports small businesses in the Media, ICT electronics and Arts space and we are looking for a social media specialist who will plan, implement, execute ,monitor and manage our Social Media Strategy. We want to increase our brand awareness and improve on our marketing efforts. The job will include creating and publishing content for SmartXchange on all social media platforms , growing our audience, building brand awareness for our organization.

• A specialist Diploma in Social Media Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• The incumbent must be creative and have good research, communication and writing skills, be up to date with changes in digital media and possess good social media skills.
• Must be able to create content for multiple platforms.
• Must be able to Monitor Social Analytics.
• Know how to devise a social network strategy.
• Be able to measure and prove an ROI Schedule.
• Be able to do social posts.
• Find relevant curated content.
• Review and populate content calendar
