We are seeking a skilled Midweight Copywriter to support the development of clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across communication platforms. This role plays a key part in translating strategic objectives into compelling messaging that resonates with prospective students, current students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Brief Interpretation, Brainstorming and Conceptualisation
- Understand the brief, objectives, and deliverables, and interpret briefs strategically
- Conduct research and remain familiar with competitors' creative executions
- Stay on trend by sourcing inspirational material and references for the studio
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with designers and stakeholders to develop integrated creative concepts
- Stay up to date with digital trends, content best practices, and emerging platforms
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve content effectiveness and engagement
Content Creation
- Write clear, concise, grammatically correct, and error-free content that is engaging and original
- Develop and edit high-quality copy for a variety of channels, including websites, brochures, emails, social media, presentations, and internal communications
- Translate complex or technical information into accessible, audience-friendly content
- Support campaign development for student recruitment, events, and campus initiatives
- Adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms while maintaining consistency
- Develop headlines, taglines, and long-form content aligned to campaign objectives
Proof reading/Editing
- Proofread and quality-check all content produced by the studio to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Ensure no grammar or spelling errors appear in any creative output designed by the studio
- Maintain consistency in terminology, messaging, and style across all platforms
Management of Tasks
- Manage the creative process on allocated projects
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work
- Contribute to content planning and continuous improvement of communication strategy
- Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Take ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with designers, marketing team, and internal stakeholders to deliver creative outputs
- Present copy concepts and incorporate feedback constructively
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

Minimum Qualification Requirement:
- Degree in Copywriting, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent qualification demonstrating strong writing ability)
Minimum Work Experience Requirement:
- 3–5 years’ experience in copywriting (Corporate and Creative agency)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and formats
