Admin & Design Intern

Emin8 Healthcare is seeking a motivated and creative intern with experience in design and administration, and a strong interest in the healthcare industry. Emin8 manages 11 clinical trial sites across South Africa and offers a dynamic environment for learning and professional growth within the clinical research space.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content aligned with company branding, colours, and communication guidelines 
• Design posts for health awareness campaigns, educational content, and clinical trial recruitment advertisements 
• Assist with digital communications and stakeholder engagement within the clinical trial environment 
• Learn and apply ethical and regulatory standards related to healthcare and clinical trial communications 
• Respond to enquiries received via the WhatsApp communication line in a professional and timely manner
• Track and manage respondent data using Excel and other administrative tools
• Compile and present data reports during bi-weekly site management meetings

• Experience designing in CANVA - CANVA pro account (preferable)
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and social media platforms
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in healthcare, clinical research, or digital communications 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
