Digital Content Creator

We’re a hands-on digital marketing agency that delivers creative, data-driven work across social media, Google, media buying, and design. We’re looking for a Digital Content Designer to join our growing team and help bring our clients’ content to life. You’ll be the creative backbone of our social media and digital content team, turning strategies and ideas into scroll-stopping visuals, short-form videos, and polished assets.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) OR equivalent tools (Canva Pro, CapCut, Figma, and other AI design tools). 
• Experience creating short-form video and motion graphics for social media.
• A good eye for layout, typography, colour, and digital storytelling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• Self-starter with strong time management skills.
• Bonus: experience with photography, animation, or illustration.

• Content creation for social media (static graphics, carousels, stories, reels, TikToks, short-form video edits, GIFs). 
• Adapt concepts into multiple formats for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). 
• Work with account managers to bring content plans to life — making their ideas look great.
• Use AI tools and templates to improve speed and efficiency while still adding your creative touch.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and optimised for digital channels.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, innovative content ideas. 
• Support ad campaign creatives (paid social + Google display).
• Keep up with digital design trends, AI tools and platform best practices.
