Videographer/Editing Internship Opportunity at Gazzaroo

We’re looking for a videographer & editor to dive into post-production editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.

You’ll get hands-on experience on a mix of exciting projects, including our newest venture: www.maakmynmiljoener.co.za , a TV show we’re building for VIA tv on DSTV channel 147.

This is a paid internship, but it’s more than just a learning opportunity, we are creating a chance to grow with us, and potentially join the team full-time next year.

What you’ll get up to

1. Edit and polish video content in Adobe Premiere Pro.
2. Help bring stories to life for social media, digital campaigns, and client projects.
3. Be part of the production and post-production of Maak My ’n Miljoener. 
4. Organise media assets and keep everything running smoothly.
5. Bring your ideas to the table to improve storytelling, pacing, and visuals.

Who we’re looking for

1. You speak/understand Afrikaans (essential for this role, because it is a TV show we’re building for VIA tv on DSTV channel 147).
2. You know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects skills are a bonus).
3. You have a good eye for detail and can tell stories visually.
4. You’re organised, proactive, and ready to roll with a dynamic team.
5. You’ve got a portfolio or showreel, creativity counts more than perfection.
