Events Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute conferences, seminars, workshops and internal events.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and catering.
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of future events.
- Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective event management.
- Oversee branding, marketing materials, and promotional activities for events.
- Track event success metrics and provide post-event reports.
Marketing Coordination:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate social media campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
- Support and manage media relations and public relations initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communications and branding.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Ensure travel plans align with company policies and budget requirements.
- Coordinate visa applications and travel documentation for employees.
- Work with Finance team to manage travel expense reports and reimbursement processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for travel-related enquiries and support.
Broader Operations Support
- Offer strategic and operational support to the Group Operations Manager, ensuring the efficient execution of key business functions.
- Work with the wider Operations Team on ad hoc projects to support the smooth running of the organisation.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Group Operations Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events, or a related field. Qualities and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in event planning and marketing preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using SharePoint, LinkedIn, Canva and Mailchimp.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel as required for events.
- Experience working with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry or credit rating agencies is a plus.
