GRAPHIC/CAD ARTIST

We are seeking an innovative and experienced CAD Artist to take a pivotal role in our clothing design team. In this position, you will not only create outstanding CAD sketches and graphics, illustrations, but also contribute to ensuring the seamless execution of our design vision. Design process, from concept development to final production-ready CADs, ensuring that designs are innovative, market-relevant, and aligned with brand identity. Create comprehensive technical flat sketches and detailed graphic illustrations, setting a high standard for quality and creativity. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development. Conduct trend research and analysis, presenting findings to inform design decisions and strategies.

Manage project timelines and coordinate with sales & production teams to ensure that all designs are practical, fit for purpose. Develop graphic illustrations that align with our brand aesthetics and customer brand identity guidelines/brief. Make informed decisions regarding materials used, construction, and production processes to optimize quality and efficiency. Assist in creating and presenting seasonal design presentations to stakeholders/customers, showcasing innovative solutions and creative direction.

Matric Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field Proficient in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Clo3D, etc.) and design tools.

A strong portfolio showcasing advanced technical skills and innovative graphic illustrations. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. A strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics.
