Graphic Designer

Cinnamon and Spice Baby Boutique is looking for dynamic bi-lingual Junior Graphic Designer.

• Salary: R7 500 – R10 000 depending on skills and working experience
• Working Hours: 7h30 - 15h30 Monday to Friday
• Offices Based in Centurion - Close to Centurion Mall
• Willing to Work 1 x Saturday a Week 9am - 13h00  

We are a Baby Boutique who designs and print our own linen and materials. We are looking for a young, vibrant, hardworking junior graphic designer to assist with designs and set up print files for print and attend to various in-house projects. Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines. The designer will be required to work well with, and to report to, the Senior Designer.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Make design changes to already designed linen sets
• Set up print files for print
• Additional client designs per request
• Marketing materials design
• Social media content design and management
• Work Experience: Minimum 1–2-year experience in similar role (advantageous - we will also look at students who recently qualified)

Other:

• Must be Bi-Lingual (Understand Afrikaans and be proficient in English)
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have their own reliable vehicle
• Start Date: Asap

Design Capabilities:

• Hold a graphic design Degree/Diploma or CBC qualification
• CI design and interpretation (advantageous)
• Layout design (advantageous)
• Experience with preparing files for print (advantageous)
• Experience working with Adobe Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• After Effects & Premier Pro advantageous
• Social media experience advantageous
• Must be able to interpret and execute a concept
