We are seeking a skilled and creative Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually captivating designs, preparing files for print, and contributing to our marketing efforts on social media platforms. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while also requiring periodic in-office attendance for collaboration, meetings, and content creation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to bring our brand to life through compelling design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and execute captivating visual materials that align with our brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
- Develop graphics for various mediums, including print collateral (brochures, posters, flyers) and digital platforms (social media posts, website banners, email templates).
- Prepare print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate color profiles, resolutions, and specifications for various printing methods.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content, including static graphics, GIFs, short videos, and infographics.
- Work in close partnership with the sales team to produce sales-support materials, presentations, and documents that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively to ensure seamless workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
- Experience preparing files for print, including knowledge of color profiles, resolutions, and printing processes.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of how to create visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
