At Hailr, you’ll join a small, fast-moving team where ideas turn into live digital campaigns for some of SA’s biggest brands. Learn how gamified marketing experiences are built, tested, and launched inside a real tech startup.
About Hailr Hailr is a gamified marketing platform that turns ordinary ads into interactive games that reward engagement. Our designers, campaign managers, and developers work together to deliver branded experiences — fast, measurable, and fun.
The Role You’ll work closely with the Campaign Manager, supporting the delivery of campaigns, keeping timelines on track, content accurate, and launches smooth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how creative, technical, and project processes come together.
What You’ll Do
- Write short, engaging campaign copy that fits each brand’s tone.
- Set up campaign templates (Excel-based master docs used to build each campaign).
- Upload content — copy, images, and links — to Hailr’s content system.
- Coordinate with our QA team to test builds and implement feedback. Support go-live readiness, checking every detail before launch.

- A recent qualification in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Brand Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail — able to spot inconsistencies and follow structured processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Interest or aptitude for copywriting and digital storytelling.
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets/Docs, and eager to learn new systems (CMS, Notion, Figma).
- A collaborative mindset — enjoys working closely with designers, campaign managers, and QA. Curiosity about how tech and creativity come together to power digital marketing.
