Graphic Design Graduate

Are you a recent Graphic Design graduate ready to turn your creativity into real‑world work? This 12‑month graduate programme is designed to give you hands‑on experience across concept development, graphic design, POP design and production.

You’ll learn how ideas move from brief, to design, to finished in‑store execution – not just how they look on screen.

You’ll gain experience in:

• Concept development, layout and design fundamentals
• POP design & branding
• High‑resolution artwork setup
• Production processes, prototyping and materials
• Sustainability and practical design thinking
• You’ll be supported through structured training, real projects, regular feedback and performance reviews – helping you build confidence, skills and a strong portfolio.

Requirements

• Recently completed Graphic Design qualification
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, typography, colour)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong interest in branding, POP design and real‑world application
• Willingness to learn print production, materials and prototyping
• A portfolio showcasing student or personal work
