We are a fast-paced experience and events agency working on large-scale conferences, brand experiences, and strategic platforms that drive real impact. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution — and we care deeply about doing meaningful work, not just ticking boxes.
The Opportunity We’re looking for a high-energy, highly organised individual to join our team as a core support across projects, clients, and creative. This is not a “sit and wait for instructions” role. This is for someone who wants to learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and grow quickly.
You will:
- Support project managers across multiple live projects
- Help manage client communication and keep things moving
- Sit within the creative process, contributing ideas and fresh thinking into pitches and concepts
- Be exposed to the full lifecycle of events and experience design
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career, not just have a job.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting PMs with timelines, tracking, and coordination
- Managing day-to-day client traffic (emails, follow-ups, keeping momentum)
- Assisting with presentations, proposals, and pitch preparation
- Contributing ideas into brainstorms and creative development
- Helping ensure nothing falls through the cracks across projects
- Being a general “get it done” force in the team
Who This Is For You are:
- Highly organised and naturally structured
- Energetic, proactive, and quick to take initiative
- A fast learner who thrives in a high-performance environment
- Curious, ideas-driven, and excited by creativity
- Comfortable with pace, pressure, and multiple moving parts
You don’t need years of experience. You do need the right mindset.
Growth & Opportunity
- Exposure to high-level strategy, clients, and creative thinking
- Opportunity to grow into project management, strategy, or creative roles
- A space to learn, contribute, and carve your own path
- Real responsibility early on — not years down the line
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification or currently completing studies (e.g. marketing, events, business, communications, or similar)
- 2 years+’ experience (internships, part-time work, or project-based experience counts)
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
