Junior Creative Assistant

About the Role:

We are searching for a passionate Graphic Design and Creative Assistant to join our Creative and Marketing team

In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Marketing, Buying and Creative team in supporting the creative vision and maintenance of the India Ink Brand Reporting to the Creative and Marketing Manager, you will support with: Design creation and assistance with marketing and business communication collateral requirements including Print, Social Media, Advertising, PR, Shoots, Retail

Requirements:

• Photograph and Retouch imagery for marketing, commercial and e-commerce use.
• Work with the Social Media and Content Coordinator to research, conceptualize and execute short lead social content development.
• Work with Social Media and Content Coordinator to plan seasonal eCommerce and content shoots
• Assisting with post production process including file management, retouching and file delivery.

• You will bring 1 or more years experience in a creative role in a comparable brand or agency
• Qualification in Graphic Design, Photography or Styling is essential
• Experience supporting pre and post production of photography shoots
• Experience in graphic design
• Experience with content creation on a social level
• Detailed working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
• Retouching skills are essential
• Video editing skills are advantageous
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong time management, organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines by prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Personal Laptop is a non negotiable
