About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Marketer to join our fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple brands (including product-based businesses and personal brands), creating engaging content, shaping digital strategies, and building online communities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real impact from day one — with the potential to grow into a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) position as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
Copywriting & Scriptwriting: Write compelling copy for social posts, email campaigns, product descriptions, and video scripts.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and actively foster community on social media channels.
Email Marketing: Develop and send email campaigns and newsletters that inform and convert.
Digital Trends & Research: Stay on top of online trends and bring new, creative ideas to the table.
Brand Development: Work across multiple brands with different tones and goals — adaptability is key.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required if experience and portfolio are strong)
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, social media, or content creation role
- Recent graduates with strong portfolios, side projects, or relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Creative & Strategic Abilities:
- Strong writing and communication skills — especially in a brand voice that connects
- Ability to create content that drives both engagement and business results
- Awareness of digital trends, internet culture, and storytelling techniques
- Capable of managing and growing online communities
Soft Skills & Mindset:
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
