We are looking for a young, innovative marketing and brand manager to help take our non-profit to the next level. For us, it is all about finding a peron who fits in with the culture at Lessons in Conservation. You would be meeting and interacting with young leaders from across Africa, and helping to tell their stories to the world.

Role Focus: Brand governance, marketing strategy, website ownership, fundraising support, cross-channel consistency and social media management.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee brand management across all touchpoints (digital, print, campaigns, partnerships).
- Manage website design, content, updates, and user experience.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce posters, slide decks, brochures, and information packages.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising Manager to design tailored national proposals for donors and teams.
- Set overall marketing objectives aligned with organisational strategy.
- Ensure consistency between offline marketing, website content and social channels (in collaboration with Social Media Manager).
- Approve major campaigns and brand assets before publication.
- Coordinating merchandise for teams (hats, gazebos etc.)
- Capacity to learn quickly in a new environment
- Some work experience in marketing
- Patience to work with a team of varying skill level
- Excellent Canva skills - Ability to manage Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts
- Professionalism to handle press releases with high-level partners
- A love for community development and the natural world
