Marketing/Sales Assistant

Marketing / Sales Assistant Job Overview We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing/Sales Assistant to join our team in an in-office role. The successful candidate will assist with social media management, content creation, sales support, and general marketing activities across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is creative with strong adobe knowledge, proactive, and comfortable working across both marketing and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy for posts and campaigns
• Design and update company brochures, profiles, and marketing material
• Edit images and videos for social media and promotional use
• Assist the sales team with CRM management and administrative functions
• Support advertising shows and promotional events
• Assist the Managing Director with marketing strategies and new content ideas 
• Organize and manage images received from technicians and project teams 
• Manage and update the secondary company website
• Assist with general marketing and branding initiatives

Requirements & Skills

• Strong knowledge of professional social media marketing platforms and trends
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, lightroom, indesign, premier pro) is essential 
• Strong PowerPoint skills are essential with the ability to professionally design company profiles
• Previous experience working on a CRM (Odoo preferred) 
• Basic video editing knowledge 
• Basic graphic design knowledge with a good eye for branding and layout
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Photography skills are advantageous but not essential
