Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Learner in the YES Program, you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the Sales and HR teams to promote employee engagement, company culture, and positive public relations efforts.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your digital marketing skills in a hands-on environment and contribute to the company’s growth through strategic marketing, communication, and engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Marketing & Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to boost employee morale and engagement, working closely with the HR team.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, emails, and communications to keep employees informed about company updates, key achievements, and events.
- Organize and promote internal campaigns, initiatives, and activities to enhance the workplace environment and foster a positive company culture.
- Manage internal channels (e.g., company intranet, internal social media) to celebrate employee achievements, company milestones, and announcements.
- Collaborate with HR on employee engagement initiatives and programs aimed at improving employee satisfaction and well-being.
External Marketing & Public Relations (PR):
- Work with the Sales team to create and manage external marketing materials that showcase the company’s services, product offerings, and key appointments.
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases, blog posts, and social media content to promote the company’s brand and public image.
- Monitor and engage with the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent and professional communication with external audiences.
- Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and the media, to support the company’s public relations efforts.
Advertising & Promotion:
- Design and execute digital advertising campaigns to promote appointments, key company announcements, and important events (e.g., promotions, new hires, etc.).
- Collaborate with Sales and HR to create visually appealing promotional content for use on social media, email campaigns, and the company’s website.
- Track the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to ensure effectiveness.
Collaborative Support:
- Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to ensure marketing and communication efforts align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Assist in researching market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform future marketing efforts.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve both internal and external marketing initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Completed a diploma qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: A basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for various audiences.
Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas for internal and external engagement.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Teamwork: Comfortable working closely with the Sales and HR teams, with a collaborative approach to achieving company goals.
