Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Intern to support our client success team at Media North. As an intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in client management, digital marketing, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with our team to ensure excellent client service, drive campaign success, and contribute to the growth of our client base.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms. Provide timely and accurate information about our product offering
Campaign Support: Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance. Help identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure prompt resolution.
Data Management: Update client information and records.
Requirements:
- Has completed a higher education program, degree or diploma (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office suite and knows how to leverage AI platforms
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (e.g., social media, display ads, advertising technology ).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics tools (or willingness to learn).
- Nice to Have: Previous experience in client-facing roles or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with the digital media landscape
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
