Meridian Realty, an award-winning national real estate company, is looking for a skilled and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team in the KwaZulu-Natal region.

Position Overview: As our dedicated photographer, you will play a vital role in showcasing the stunning properties we represent. Your work will be instrumental in our marketing efforts, helping potential buyers envision their future homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties according to company guidelines.
• Editing & Post-Production: Although the company has dedicated Multi-media editors, you will from time to time be required to edit photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other company-provided software to meet our professional standards.
• Marketing Content Creation: Produce compelling video content for general marketing purposes, including agent profiles, suburb profiles, and promotional materials.
• Virtual Tours: Create immersive Matterport Virtual Tours (equipment and training provided).
• Additional Services: Provide other photographic and video services as required by the company.
• Location: The photographer needs to be based in the Durban/Durban North area with regular travel in the greater Durban area as well as to the Natal Midlands (Pietermaritzburg/Hilton/Howick).
• This is a work from home position. 

Requirements:

• Own vehicle required for travel. You will be reimbursed for travel. 
• Proven experience in photography and videography, especially in a real estate context.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or similar software).
• Creative eye for detail and composition.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
