Interior Designer

We are seeking a motivated and creative Interior Design Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the design process, from concept development to client interaction. The role also involves working closely with customers to provide design advice and recommendations based on the company’s available stock, materials, and product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Support in preparing drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Advise customers on interior design solutions using the company’s available stock, furniture, finishes, and materials.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Source and organize materials, samples, and product catalogs from company inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and design selections.
• Research design trends, materials, and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute creative ideas and assist in showroom or display setup if required.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn about both design and sales processes.
