Junior Copywriter and Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter & Social Media Manager to join our team.
• This role offers hands-on experience writing engaging content, managing organic social media channels for a portfolio of clients in various industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for digital and print channels, including social media, websites, emails, and marketing materials.
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, engage with online communities, and respond to audience interactions.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative campaign ideas.
• Conduct research to support content creation and ensure messaging is aligned with audience insights.
• Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. 
• Adapt copy for different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand voice.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance communication strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a copywriter within a marketing/advertising agency.
• A completed degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Creativity and the ability to develop compelling storytelling.
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Zoho Social or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
